Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives at your door, no advance payment needed.
Can I place an order on WhatsApp?
Yes! Just message us on WhatsApp with the product name and your delivery address and we'll confirm your order manually.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. More payment options coming soon.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel before the order is dispatched. Once it's shipped, cancellation isn't possible — but you can initiate a return after delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days. Other cities: 4–7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS.
Do you ship across all of Pakistan?
Yes — we ship nationwide. Remote areas may take a day or two longer.

Yes — every product we list is genuine. We do not sell counterfeit or low-quality replicas.

Yes — all our gaming mouse pads feature RGB edge lighting with USB-powered connection.

What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Do products come with a warranty?
Yes — applicable products come with a seller/manufacturer warranty against defects. Check the individual product page for warranty details.
